We have such potential and our people are passionate about our mission, but sometimes I feel like we’re stuck and can’t move forward. How do I channel this great energy into the success I know we can achieve?
My Board is struggling with their fundraising role.
We want to offer our services in other local communities and we need help mapping out a strategy and most of all we need to figure out how to find the resources to be able to reach more people in need.
There are so many other organizations doing work that’s similar to ours competing for support and funding. We don’t really know how to distinguish ourselves and articulate our unique value proposition so we attract donor and funder interest.
